God's Healing Touch

In the summer of 2006 I injured my ankle very badly working on our farm. Since that time I have had a lot of pain and burning in my ankle day and night. When I would drive or ride in a car I would have to continually move my foot trying to find relief from the pain. It was very discouraging. In the evening my ankle would be so swollen my husband, Allen, would rub it trying to work out the inflammation.
After and especially painful series of days on a Sunday morning Pastor Drew said he felt someone needed prayer fro knees or ankles. I could hardly wait to get up front to be prayed for. A funny thing happened to me as I began to cry out to God. I was praying in my prayer language and I felt a sensation all through my body. I tried to open my eyes, but for a time I could not. This had never happened to me before! I was so touched by the Spirit of God I did not think of my ankle again until that evening when Allen picked up my ankle to rub it and said that the swelling was gone.
Praise God! At that time I realized that my ankle had not bothered or hurt me since that morning.
I shared on a Sunday morning of God's healing touch on my ankle. God healed my left ear that morning from a vertigo condition I have had for several years! Most of all, Allen and I are so thankful to be able to attend an alive church that welcomes the moving of the Holy Spirit...every service!
