What are you doing right now to rid yourself of fear?  Yes, you can shake that fear off and live a life of faith and freedom.  Fear torments.  Torment means to worry excessively or to be annoyed and disturbed.  Have you been worried, annoyed or disturbed?  I have an answer for you - Seek the Lord!

Last night I felt tormented with fear.  God's Word says He has not given us a spirit of fear but love, power, and a sound mind (2 Tim. 1:7).  When I'm feeling tormented I cry out to God.  That's just what I did last night, I cried out to God and He heard me!  I said He heard me!  If you cry out to God and seek HIm with your whole heart - He will hear you!  He will answer you!  Not only will He hear you - He will deliver you.

Being delivered from fear and torment is a great feeling.  Many times in my journey with Jesus the spirit of fear has attempted to subdue me and keep me in total frustration.  You don't have to stay there my friend!  Cry out to Jesus.  Lift up your voice and pour out your heart to God right now.  He will hear you.  He will deliver you!  

David wrote, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out them all (Ps. 34:19)."  Did you read that?  The Lord delivers you out of them all!  Not some of them, all of them!  Be of good courage - Jesus is your deliverer!
