Love is a choice. The word agape is just one of the Greek words for love. Agape means to love someone by choice more than chance. It's the kind of love that comes through a choice more than just a feeling. We all know that feelings are fleeting.
When I love someone with the agape kind of love, I am loving them no matter how much they have hurt or nor matter how much they can or cannot give back to me. Choosing to give love to those that don't deserve is our goal as Believers.
At the cross, Jesus forgave those that put him there - Forgive them for they don't know what they are doing. Do you have love like that? It's time we give love to those that don't deserve and fight evil with good.
