Never Give Up! - Pastor Drew

"And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." Galatians 6:9
While moving forward in 2010 remember this - "Never give up!". Many people get a vision or a dream from God to do great things and right before the dream comes to pass, they give up and grow weary.
We have a promise from God's Word - "for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." The words due season mean: the appointed time or the right time. There is an appointed time for the harvest to come. That appointed time will never manifest in your life if you give up by losing heart and growing weary.
Sir Edmund Hillary was the first man to climb Mt. Everest in 1953. Prior to this great feat, he felt defeated by the Mountain because he attempted to climb it and failed. After this attempt, a group in England asked him to address its members. After his speech he walked to the side of the platform, made a fist and pointed it at the picture of Everest and said in a loud voice, "Mount Everest, you beat me the first time, but I'll beat you the next time because you've grown all you are going to grow...but I'm still growing!"
Friend, don't give up! The mountain before you may seem intimidating, but you're still growing.
